Shipping Policy
Online orders will be shipped within two business days.
Shipping charges will vary based on weight of the item(s) and are paid by the customer.
Order Cancellations
If you cancel an order and payment has already been made but the order has not shipped, we will issue a credit.
Return & Exchange Policy

There are no refunds on merchandise bought from our website.

Items can be returned for store credit ONLY, issued in the form of a gift certificate which can be used at any time.

The gift certificate will be emailed to you. In order to use the credit, you will apply a code at checkout when you purchase another item.

All items are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery for FULL CREDIT in the form of a gift certificate.

Please include a copy of the invoice that you received with your item so that we can issue the credit properly.

All clearance items are final sales and are NOT eligible for return.

Returned clothing items must remain un-washed and unworn, keeping the original condition upon which you receive it. They must be smoke and odor-free to receive full credit.

Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box.

Gift items must be returned in the original packaging with the labels still attached.

Shipping charges on returned items are paid by the customer.
Defective/Damaged Items

If you have received a defective item, please contact us by email within 7 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within seven days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.

We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.
We are not responsible for everyday wear and tear on items.
